Here is your chance to play your way into the Ultimate Pool USA Women's Shootout at the 2026 Grand Finals.

The Women's Shootout will feature some of the biggest names in the game, with one place in the 8-player field available through this qualifier.

Win the qualifier and you'll earn your place in the Women's Shootout, which opens Grand Finals week on Monday, November 2 at 11:00 AM, with every match played on the TV Table.

• Eligibility: Open to female players
• Format: Single Elimination
• Date: Sunday, November 1, 2026
• First-Round Matches: Will start at or after 2:00 PM EST

Winner's Prize

The winner will receive entry into the 2026 Ultimate Pool USA Women's Shootout.

The winner will take the eighth and final place in the field and compete alongside some of the biggest names in the game.

Seven players will receive invitations to the Women's Shootout, with the final place awarded to the winner of this qualifier.

Eligibility

The Women's Shootout Qualifier is open to biologically born women only.

A valid form of photographic identification will be required. Ultimate Pool USA reserves the right to request proof of gender at birth where required to confirm eligibility.

Tournament Rules

• Matches will be played under UPL 8-Ball Rules
• Matches will be played on 7-foot tables
• Jump shots and jump cues are not permitted
• Players will be given scheduled match times and are responsible for being ready to play when called

Shot Clock

An unofficial 30-second shot clock will apply throughout the event.

Ultimate Pool USA reserves the right to introduce an official shot clock where required.

Dress Code

• Players must wear a playing jersey, collared shirt or polo shirt
• Dress slacks or trousers must be worn
• Women may also wear neat, full-length leggings
• Footwear must be smart and predominantly black
• Smart sneakers or dress shoes are permitted
• Smart hoodies and jackets may be worn
• Hats, headphones and earbuds are not permitted

Any clothing outside these guidelines must receive prior approval from the Tournament Director.

Sponsor Logos

For any matches played on the TV Table, sponsor logos must not exceed 6 × 3 inches and may be displayed on the front/chest or sleeves of the playing shirt.

Ultimate Pool USA reserves the right to request that any logo is covered or removed.

Player Information

Players must provide valid photo ID where requested.

Further event information, including match schedules and player information, will be communicated closer to the event.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided with their entry is accurate.

Refund Policy

Entries are for one player only.

If a player can no longer compete, a refund will only be issued where Ultimate Pool USA is able to fill the place with an alternate player.

Where a refund is approved, Ultimate Pool USA will retain 25% of the entry fee to cover administration and associated costs.

Ultimate Pool USA reserves the right to refuse entry.

Media Release

By entering the event, players acknowledge that photography, video and live broadcast coverage may take place.

Players grant Ultimate Pool USA permission to use their name, image, likeness and footage from the event for broadcast, promotional, marketing and social media purposes.
