Format

• Single Elimination
• Races to 7
• Partners alternate shots
  

Shot clock & match clock

The final will be on the tv table race to 7, with a 40 minute match clock and a 30 second shot clock, lowered to a 15 seconds for final 10 minutes

If the score is tied at the end of the match, a six ball shootout will determine the winner

Rules + Dress Code:

All matches will be played to International 8 ball rules
Alternate Breaks
No jump shots / cues permitted
All matches played on 7’ tables
Dress code strictly enforced.
Collared or polo shirt with dress trousers (any colour), must wear all black sneaker or dress shoe. No hats or headphones allowed during play.

For TV Matches Only - No logo to exceed 6x3 inches and must be placed on the front/chest area or the arms.  PLEASE NOTE:  UPUSA reserves the right to request a logo be covered or hidden.

Additional information:

Must have valid ID.
Played on 7’ Tables w/ Aramith Ball set (American size set).
