Ultimate Pool USA's Louisville Women's Open 15-17th November 2024 at Railyard Billiards, Louisville KY.

* $3,000 Prize Pool

* $80 entry fee ($65 entry + $15 equipment/registration fees)

* 32 Players Max

* International 8Ball Rules - Played on 7' Tables

* No jump shots/cues

* 1st Round Matches begin Friday, 15th November at 9pm local time

* Scheduled Match Times Throughout event

* Paying Top 8 - $1,250 to winner

* Payouts settled via bank transfer 7 days after event completion

Preliminary rounds:

Double elimination until final 8 players

Winners side: races to 6 | losers side races to 5

Final 8: redraw final 8 into single elimination bracket

All knockout matches: race to 6 the final race to 7

Shot clock & match clock:

All matches will be played with an unofficial shot clock of 30 seconds.
All matches on the TV table will be played with a 30 second shot clock lowered to a 15 second shot clock and a 50 min match clock, all controlled by a referee if the score is tied at the end of the match a six ball shootout will determine the winner.

Rules + Dress Code:

All matches will be played to international 8 ball rules
No jump shots / cues permitted
All matches played on 7’ tables
Collared or polo shirt with dress slacks/trousers (any colour)
Must wear all black sneaker / dress shoe
No hats or headphones/earbuds allowed during play
Dress code strictly enforced.

For TV Matches Only - No logo to exceed 6x3 inches and must be placed on the front/chest area or the arms.  PLEASE NOTE:  UPUSA reserves the right to request a logo be covered or hidden.

Additional information:

Must have valid ID.
Played on 7’ Tables w/ Aramith Ball set (American size set).
All players will be contacted via email with further information closer to the event (please check your email box or junk folder for a confirmation email after payment).

IF AN EVENT FILLS AND A PLAYER FROM ALTERNATE LIST IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE SPOT OF A PLAYER REQUESTING A REFUND, THEN WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND.
