Prize Pool: $8,100 (based on full field of 64 players)

Entry Details

• Open to all female players
• Entry Fee: $100 ($80 entry + $20 green fee)
• Player Cap: 64 Players Maximum
• Format: Round robin group stage followed by either Main Event or Second Chance single-elimination brackets
• Each player guaranteed 4 matches (if event is full)
• Rules: International 8-Ball Rules
• Tables: 7-foot tables
• No jump shots/cues permitted
• Scheduled match times throughout the event
• Payouts issued via bank transfer within 14 business days after event completion

Tournament Format

Preliminary Rounds

• 16 Groups of 4 Players – Race to 5
• Top 2 advance to Main Event (Single Elimination)
• Bottom 2 advance to Second Chance Event (Single Elimination)

Main Event

• Single Elimination – Race to 6
• Final – Race to 7

Second Chance Event

• Single Elimination – Race to 4

Shot Clock & Match Clock

• All matches use an unofficial 30-second shot clock
• TV Table uses an official 30-second shot clock, reduced to 15 seconds
• TV Table matches also use a 40-minute match clock
• Referee controlled

If a match is tied when time expires, a six-ball shootout determines the winner.

Dress Code

To help maintain a neat and professional playing environment, we kindly ask all players to follow the dress guidelines below:

• Playing jersey, collared shirt, or polo shirt
• Dress slacks or trousers (any color)
• Women may also wear neat, full-length leggings
• Smart sneakers (predominantly black) or dress shoes
• A smart playing top such as a hoodie or jacket is permitted

For the comfort and focus of all players:

• Hats and headphones/earbuds are not permitted during play

Any attire outside of the guidelines above must be approved in advance by the Tournament Directors.

TV Matches: Logos may not exceed 6 x 3 inches and must be placed on the front/chest area or sleeves. UPUSA reserves the right to request any logo be covered or removed.

Additional Information

• Valid ID required for participation
• Women’s tournaments are for biologically born women only. Proof of gender at birth may be required. UPUSA reserves the right to request documented proof at any time, including a birth certificate.
• Players will receive additional event details via email closer to the start date (please check your inbox and junk folder for confirmation after payment)

Refund Policy

• 1 entry per person only
• Entry fees are non-refundable once the event is full
• If a player withdraws and an alternate is available to take the spot, a refund may be issued
• UPUSA retains 25% of any refunded entry fee to cover administrative and processing costs
• UPUSA reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason

UPUSA may use player images and video for social media, broadcast, and advertising purposes.
