Entry Details

• Open to anyone
• Teams must consist of 1 man & 1 woman
• Entry Fee: $200 per pair ($180 entry + $20 green fee)
• Player Cap: 32 Pairs
• Format: Single Elimination
• Races: Race to 6
• Format Note: Partners alternate shots
• Rules: UPL 8-Ball Rules
• Tables: 7-foot tables
• No jump shots/cues permitted
• Scheduled match times throughout the event
• Payouts issued via bank transfer within 14 business days after event completion

Rules & Dress Code

• Played under UPL 8-Ball Rules
• No jump cues or shots
• All matches played on 7’ tables
• Attire:
  • Collared or polo shirt
  • Dress slacks/trousers (any color)
  • All-black sneakers or dress shoes
  • No hats or headphones/earbuds during play
• Dress code strictly enforced

• Valid ID required for participation
• Players will receive additional event details via email closer to the event (check inbox and junk folder for confirmation after payment)

Refund Policy

• Entry fees are non-refundable after purchase
• If the event is full and an alternate team is available to replace a withdrawing pair, a refund may be issued
  
• UPUSA retains 25% of any refunded entry fee to cover administrative and processing costs
• UPUSA reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason
• UPUSA may use player images and video for social media, broadcast, and advertising purposes
